Refund policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, refunds will only be accepted if a product arrives with significant damage that affects its intended use or functionality.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The damage must be substantial and clearly visible.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Customers may be required to provide photos or other evidence of the damage.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections, normal wear, or damage caused after delivery do not qualify for a refund.
