At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, refunds will only be accepted if a product arrives with significant damage that affects its intended use or functionality.
To qualify for a refund:

The damage must be substantial and clearly visible.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Customers may be required to provide photos or other evidence of the damage.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, normal wear, or damage caused after delivery do not qualify for a refund.
